We all researched for unsigned Indie/Pop songs on Youtube, Soundcloud, Unsigned and within out social networks. We liked this duo of musicians, who calls themselves Dahlia Sleeps. Their song 'Breathe' is really good because their singer's deep and husky singingbvoice goes perfectly with the slow beats and sutble melody in the music. We already an breif idea as to what should include for the music video if the duo gives us premission, but the duo didnt respond back at all, (all three of  us messaged them). Our idea for this video would be an urban and monochrome theme because this songs is more suited to the urban city life. Luckily, we got premission from unsigned artist, Melanie Ungar and Madelyn Iris . Ungar's song is more upbeat compared to Iris' song. We wanted to create a very dark and moody feel to our music video, so we all agreed to go with Madelyn Iris' song 'Let's Restart' because th song is slow like Dahlia Sleeps' 'Breathe' song so this still gave us the opportunity to still go with tha dark theme that we intially wanted. But there wont be an urban feel to the music video like we wanted because the song 'Let's Restart' is more intense in emotion, especially in the chorus. So we thought we should film in more secluded areas, to express the singer's vunerable and lonley through the forest-like locations.
