Firstly I clicked on a Random Article in Wikipedia and the title of the article was the name of my artist/band group.

Then clicked on the last Random Quotation, which was the name of the album itself.

Lastly, I went to Flickr to find Random Posts of pictures taken then posted by different users, I clicked on the 3rd picture, making this the front  Album Cover design.

I used Photoshop to create and  edit the Album Cover.

After that I used the Colour Replacement Tool to change the colour of the sky, so it matches to the genre of the Band/Artist, since the name sounds very indie/grunge, heavy metal  and 80's.

I had to crop out a section from the original picture too, because the picture was way too wide, so I cut out from the picture that looked more visually interesting and creates a automated focal point and alternative concepts.

Also, I used Modern Gothic type of fonts that I found on the dafont website. This matches the Heavy Metal /Indie  genre look to the album.
